Kiki Tulum condos

I loved my stay at Kiki! Their hospitality and attention to detail was outstanding. Therefore I booked a massage and wasn't disappointed: Maria was very good and I feel like my neck will never be sore again:) Kiki is conveniently located near the beachroad and close to town and the most convenient entrance to Aldea Zamna. Edgar, the concierge, does a very good job at maintaining the place impeccable and was waiting for me, even though I came to check in very late at night. Olivier, the owner, is so knowledgable and friendly and always available for questions. Thank you Kiki!

Just stayed for few days In this condo and it's one of the best I saw in tulum. The concierge was super nice and helpful and the swimming pool was refreshing. The location is close to supermarkets and to the beach and it was easy to get a cab to move around. Wifi was really fast and there were so many spots for pictures, condos are well furnished especially for the smart tv !!

Nestled in Aldea Zamá, it offers the best of both worlds—close proximity to Tulum’s bustling town center and the breathtaking beaches, both of which are just a short drive away. It’s a peaceful area that feels safe and convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and other attractions. The condos themselves are a true gem. They’re not only spotless but also thoughtfully designed, with every detail contributing to a stylish and comfortable atmosphere. The modern decor, cozy furniture, and fully equipped kitchen made me feel like I was in a home away from home. The rooftop pool and terrace are an added bonus, offering a relaxing spot to unwind with a stunning view of the lush surroundings. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout my stay, which is always a priority for me. It was clear that the team takes pride in maintaining the space to the highest standards. In summary, Kiki Tulum provides an ideal mix of great location, beautiful design, and excellent service. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Tulum, I can’t recommend it enough. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

The apartment was very clean, beautiful, modern, practical and safe. The check-in/out process was super fast and well organized. The building is located near several shops, restaurants and bars. The location was perfect. Olivier and Vania were top notch hosts! An exceptional quality of service, thank you very much!

Always attentive when I called, they send you all the information by email. The facilities are very nice. As a recommendation, the pool should be cleaned more frequently, but overall, everything was very good

Oliver and Edgar were amazing! The location was everything. We felt super safe walking at night with our kiddos and the accommodations themselves where exactly what we expected. Will definitely come back.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Comfortable and convenient. I’m only dinging a star because I can’t really use the hammock provided in the photos because it’s pretty enclaved into the bushes outdoors. Wish it was stand alone as seen in the pictures. Also, would be nice if the shower room had stone wall all around. Had a glass door leading outside which we had no usage for personally. Aside that, our concierge Edgar was very attentive and we enjoyed our stay.
